Maciej Świeży is an organizational development consultant and facilitator holding a PhD in psychology. His research interests focus on ‘everyday cognition’ – localising the study of learning, thinking and decision making in the context of pragmatic challenges faced by the human mind. He works across the boundaries between academia and professional practice, hoping to bring together reflection and relevance. Maciej is engaged as the Programme Director of the Postgraduate School of Thinking at CLEA, as well as the Programme Director at the Jagiellonian University Extension in Kraków, Poland. He leads consulting projects related to strategic forecasting, organizational culture change and designing learning-supportive environments. His book, Psychology for Coaches, is a guide for practitioners seeking a firmer background for their professional skills.
